Honey bee venom contains at least 18 active
substances. Melittin, the most prevalent substance, is one of the most potent
anti-inflammatory agents known (100 times more potent than hydrocortisol).
Adolapin is another strong anti-inflammatory substance, and inhibits
cycooxygenase; it thus has analgesic activity as well. Apamin inhibits
complement C3 activity, and blocks calcium-dependent potassium channels, thus
enhancing nerve transmission. Other substances, such as Compound X,
Hyaluronidase, Phospholipase A2, Histamine, and Mast Cell Degranulating Protein
(MSDP), are involved in the inflammatory response of venom, with the softening

The machine is operated as following: Place the collecting plate horizontally

Although the exact period of bee venom's origination
is unknown, it has been passed down as a natural folk remedy for thousands of

respiratory disease and diarrhea in pigs or calves, and when treated

sperm from drones and artificially inseminating to the queen.
Most apiaries
are breeding honeybee by natural swarming and it causes genetic variation. The
hives are becoming weaker and honey extracting is continually reducing. So, we
need special technology to breed good species of honeybee: swarm control,
disease-resistance, high honey production ability, queen bee
breeding.
Natural mating occurs in midair by chance, it is irregular and hard
to control. However, by using our artificial insemination instrument with high

The operation of the machine is as following: Confine a queen bee for
insemination in a plastic tube and anesthetize with carbon-dioxide. Then using a
